Bronwen Elliott

Bronwen has over 30years experience working with children and families. Since 1991 Bronwen has worked as a consultant to a range of government and non government agencies, providing training, consultation and program support. Bronwen keeps developing her own practice skills through undertaking family assessments and voluntary involvement with playgroups in a culturally diverse community.

She has developed Keep Them Safe training resources for NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet, TAFE NSW, ADHC and non-government agencies including the recent Keep Them Safe training series for Family Worker Training and Development Project. She recently completed a Child Protection Policy and Practice Guide for use by members of YAPA/LCSA/FAMS and ACWA, and developed resources and for local learning conversations across NSW as part of the Keep Them Safe Change management process.

Bronwen is co-author of ‘Promoting Family Change: the Optimism Factor’, and has presented workshops at conferences in Australia and the USA.
