After having worked, very part time, in the Community Sector since 1983, I joined FWT+DP in December 1995. It was a very small organisation, only one full time position. I’ve seen it grow and develop with the increase in funding opportunities and a variety of projects. Staff numbers are now 13, and we are still continuing to expand. FWT is an exciting organisation and is forever changing – there is never a dull moment. I enjoy doing the occasional jigsaw puzzle and travelling around this great country of Australia, usually camping holidays. |
