FAQs Using our online systems.Registering Online Q.How do I register for a workshop on-line? A. Download & print instructions here The preferred method is to use our online registration portal. Anywhere on this website you can click on Alternatively, you can fax a completed registration form to (02) 9620-6173 Q. Why are all fields required? A. We are required to produce detailed reports for our funding bodies and we only ask for the information we need in order to produce our reports.
Q. If I am a student, what do I put for organisation? A. The education institution where you are enrolled to study. e.g. Nirimbia TAFE, University of Western Sydney.
Paying Online Q. What are my payment options? A.Online payment via direct debit, credit card, or you can send a cheque.
Q. What can I pay for online? A.You can pay for any of our training events, manuals or even your FWTDP annual membership by clicking on Pay On-Line which will take you to the payment page, where you can make your selection.

Q. Are my details secure? A.Yes. We strictly adhere to the Privacy Act 1983. Here you can read our Privacy Policy. The payment portal utilises similar data encryption as do the major banks to keep your details safe and secure. We never give or sell people's details to any third party.
